Marriage VS Health Ins

I have been with my fiance for more than 5 years now but we are both still very young. (21 and 23) i want to get married SO bad but i keep running into one problem, Health Ins. I have great health ins through my dad till i am 26 and i visit the Dr. More often than most people my age...

What happens when you get married? I cant afford to pay $400 out of my pocket each month for health ins. My job doesn't offer benefits. (And his doesnt either) I dont understand how everyone else is getting married... this is a big issue.

Another thing is if i am able to get health care through the gov. For free isnt that 'taking advantage' because i dont HAVE to get married i can wait until i am 26 to get married...
