Ttc after depo

My so and i would like to try for our second child but I'm afraid we arent going to be able to for a while because of the depo shot. I had it in July and only had one shot. I will not have another one.Our daughter is 3 and we would really like to have our second one within the next year to 18 months to keep them close in age.

Im wondering if anyone else had any experiences like me. Any tips? Also i have had 2 miscarriages and ovarian cysts (why i got the depo in the first place). Really dont want any part of that again.
