What reusable pads do you recommend and what nipple cream??

Lansinoh is lanolin, which is just grease. Good for lubricating but not actual healing agent so you will either have to mix it with your own breastmilk (which has amazing healing properties for ANYTHING skin related) or a nipple butter with healing ingredients like Honest or Earth Mama Angel Baby, that are also safe for baby to come in contact with.
