Early this morning I woke up to use the restroom and when I wiped it was kinda brownish in color but only a lil bit sorry tmi. Then nothing the rest of the day. The just right now I wiped and there was a few lil pen head size spots that look reddish orange almost like when u go to start your period. Any who this is my 7 th baby and never experienced this before and I'm 10 wks 2 days pregnant. Also I have been under a huge amount of stress for the last few days. Has anyone else had this happen and everything be ok?? I'm worried sick about it. Have ultrasound wed. Any advise please and thank you
