I always done my workout before dinner time. Usually I will have an apple as my dinner because I've heard people saying that you have to eat very little for dinner. Is it a good way to lose weight?

Those people are lying to you. Having a well balanced meal will benefit you more than basically "starving yourself" with only an apple. Many people believe skipping out on meals will help them lose weight, this is false. When you miss a meal it promotes belly fat storage. Also, common sense points out that you need to replenish your body of nutrients after a workout.Lesson to learn: small main meal/skipping a meal= more fat

I agree with the previous post about not skipping meals but if you don't like eating a meal after a workout maybe try adding a protein shake. That way your replenishing your body with some nutrients.

Eat healthy small regular meals throughout the day. Like someone said eating after a workout is good within 20 minutes as your body is still burning calories. I eat about 6 meals a day low carb high protein 👍

I eat a lot of citrus after working out and I make a shake with almond milk, banana, walnut and flax seed

This is definitely not Correct..I agree with everyone eat healthy not skipping meals.. The best time to eat a hearty healthy meal is within 1hr after a workOut because your body is still fueling and burning calories. This way you burn most of the calories you eat right after.  Good Luck!!

I believe breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day, then lunch, and dinner should be smallest in portion. But an apple is not enough. Also taking more small meals throughout the day is better than 2 big meals.
