Chest and upper back pain

Has anyone else had chest pain starting at the center of ur chest that wraps around under ur right boob around to ur upper back? It comes out of no where. Sitting, laying down make it 100 times worse along with every other position. It also hurts to breathe. Anyone have any suggestions? Usually lasts for hours ( last time it was from 8pm to 5:30am) I have told my doc and all she said is he is probably compressing my stomach or something... not really helpful on trying to get it to stop. I am miserable!
