Anyone trying hypnobirthing?

I'm looking for recommendations for downloads. I really want to give it a go but there is so much out there so I'm wondering what you guys use?

We're taking a hypnobirthing class right now, and I love it! One of my friends had a fantastic experience with it and found it to be helpful and effective for her birth, and my OB, midwife, doula, and favorite yoga instructor also recommended hypnobirthing.

I like that it's about focusing to get your mind and body into a relaxed state (to both help you get through the surges, and also to allow you to rest in between), and listening to your body (your body knows when it's time to push, etc.) -- all of that just makes sense to me. It does require a LOT of practice and diligence to be able to self-hypnotize, so that's something to consider. If you can do a class, I'd highly recommend it. I can't imagine trying to learn it all on our own and find the class incredibly helpful.
