Hospital Bag!

First Time Mom and I'm curious as to what other moms packed for the trip to the hospital. I know the internet provides many list but I think those list are way to long and have items that I dont really need. I plan on definitely bringing cellphone/chager, outfit for him/with blanket, an extra outfit for me and his car seat/stroller (obviously). What are some items that you ladies brought and actually used. 36 weeks tomorrow and I'll eventually get to packing mine when I know for sure what to bring.
