Sex(PLZ DONT JUDGE)

So I'm under age (under 15) and I have a BF I'm currently a virgin but I've been wanting to not be a virgin for awhile now and I've been maturbating more but it's not enough I want my BF I want the real thing.and I know he wants it too we've talked about it but he wants to wait til I'm ready... I think I'm ready but I don't think I could get birth control do we'd need to use condoms and once I'm sexually active what's to keep us from not having sex whenever we want

FYI: technically it's not legally in our state but we've been together for years
