I have been in preterm labor since I was 32 weeks with my fourth baby. I am now 35 weeks and 3 days. I lost my mucus plug and bloody show at 32 weeks and was 2 cm dilated, 50% effaced with a very soft cervix. I went to the bathroom about an hour ago and had straight blood. It wasn't a huge amount, but there wasn't any mucus with it and I've had four contractions since I noticed it. I've had lower back pain since yesterday afternoon also. I have messaged my midwife and am awaiting a response, but wanted to get opinions on if y'all think this might be labor?! Thank you.! (:
