Milk coming in early?

I don't want to sound stupid... but I was 14 weeks when I delivered my daughter in May. She was due this November. Now that I'm pregnant again only 4 months after losing her, will my milk come early in November like it would have came with my last pregnancy thinking it's still the same pregnancy? Or is my body already back to normal and reset for this pregnancy?
