I feel like I'm dying

I def feel like I'm dying the nausea is here and the dizziness.. I get car sick and everything ... Please let this end quickly I have my bday vacation which is a 5.5hr drive in 3 weeks!!! Please let this sickness go quickly!! I'm 6wks and 2 days I'm praying it all stops by 9wks ... Let me say that again PRAYING
