Baths while pregnant?

Is it ok to take baths while pregnant? I have heard different things from different people. I literally take a bath almost everyday, and am worried that I have been hurting my baby. I didn't even realize baths were questionable until today. I'm  6 weeks pregnant

Just make sure they are too hot. The issues arise when the water is too warm and raises your body temperature.

Easy way to test bath water to see if it's safe for baby... After filling the tub, if you are able to fully submerse yourself right away without getting back up or needing to adjust to the heat, it is okay. If you have to slowly get in because it is so hot, like you would in a hot tub, it's too hot for baby. Drain a little out, run some cold water and try again

I take them all the time.. And I'm 30 weeks and a day . Had a checkup today , and baby is healthy !

Baths are safe as long as the temperature is not too hot. The baby cannot regulate it's own temperature.

I *think* they say if your mucus plug comes out to stay away from baths because it could cause an infection. But other than that, and making sure you don't take really hot baths that's it.
