Question

How do you do well in school and still have time for your boyfriend??

I'm taking 15.5 credits with two science classes ( microbiology and A&P lecture and lab) among other classes and I feel like I started off on a wrong foot. I want to know if someone can give me some tips as to how to manage everything.

Last year I was super overwhelmed with school and felt like I was totally neglecting my boyfriend because I was constantly doing school work, studying, playing catch-up or something. So we had a deal that whenever I was done making my flashcards or whatever it was he would come over and quiz me :) we would also have conversations obviously and maybe a quickie too. He knew how demanding my schooling was so incorporating him into it helped keep me on top of both :) in more ways than one hehehe 😉

In the same boat! One thing that has helped me is to make an hour by hour schedule everyday and plan out what time you have class, breaks, work on hw, time with your bf, etc. It has helped me a lot especially on days where i feel like i dont know where to even start with my time :)

I work 2 jobs and study by distance full time, man it's tough! my suggestion is plan out what needs to be done on what days then try to keep one day of the week work and study free. this allows time for you and your man. good luck!

Time management is everything. Get an app. There are many out there. Going to places with free wifi like Starbucks to study and do homework worked best for me that way I could focus on my husband at home and separate school and home.
