Possible twins or am I crazy? :)

Am I crazy or is it possible I'm having twins?? I was only 7wks here. The red heart was where the dr said it was the baby. The yellow circle is what my co-workers pointed out. Just curious!! Any input??

I'm pretty sure your doctor wouldn't just ignore another baby in the ultrasound.

Yeah I'm thinking it's the yolk sac. My tech pointed it out to me and my SO so that we didn't think it was two babies.

Of course I won't make any assumptions and will wait for my DR to inform us of anything. My co-workers just put that seed of doubt in me.  Especially since twins are very popular in my partner's family!

It looks like the yolk sac to me. I went for my 7w appt and there were 2 gestational sacs and each one had the 2nd circle u are speaking of and it was said that Is the yolk sac. But when they first did it, it was def scary because the left sac looked like it was 2 babies and the right one baby. I was worried it was triplets.  But I am certain it was only the yolk sac since she did measurements and listened to heartbeat and all. So just twins for me.

The ultrasound was for emergency purposes so DR didn't allow for too many questions or anything. It was done quickly and we were just told baby is good and heart beat is good.
