Draining after Sex

Okay so after my man and I are finished having sex, I can't do anything until I clean myself up. Is this normal or is something wrong with me? It happens every time. He doesn't have a problem with it but it bothers me knowing I need to keep a towel by our bed. It worries me that I'm not going to be able to have children one day just because I feel like none goes in, it all come right back out. No matter what position we do. Please help😔
