TTC some support please

My partner and I have been TTC  for 3 months we've been discouraged after getting Negative pregnancy test time after time this month I got my period twice sept 1st and again on the 23rd I'm trying to stay positive on this even though my partner keeps thinking he's the problem we both are 24 any tips or trick to tcc would be great also we plan to use the pre-seed hoping it will help us out has anyone else used it and has it worked for you ???
