Left lower abdominal pain

I've been having this left lower abdominal pain since 3pm, it's now 11:30pm and I'm still in pain. I already took Tylenol but it didn't work. I'm 22weeks now. It comes and go. It doesn't radiate anywhere, just on that side. I don't think it's contractions but more on cramping. I'm hoping it will stop soon, is this normal? I'm currently at work right now, no bleeding so far.
