Yours looks just like mine! BD'd every fertile day but just not in the mood tonight (last fertile day). Also in a ton of pain and not really wanting to make it worse!

You did it yesterday, dont do it tonight. Its important that your partners semen builds up so yeah take a day or two break plus sperm should live inside you for a few days in case you did conceive.
