Hurting badly

I don't know where exactly to post this but I am in a tremendous amount of pain. Today supposed to be the last day of my period but I am bleeding really heavy and when my period first started it was really light then got really heavy. My cramps are so bad right now I have a heating pad of my stomach and it makes me double up in pain. Could I possibly have been pregnant and miscarried. Advice please
