Medela Bottles

Anyone ever try Medela bottles to actually give your baby? I plan on breastfeeding, but also want to introduce a bottle around 2-3 months old. Have you ever had any trouble with leaking or some sort of negativity with them? I'm also checking into Tommee Tippee. Planning on buying a couple of brands to see which one she prefers.

I knew someone who was planning on using them with her son...a few weeks after he was born I saw her using dr Browns. There isn't a vent in medela that I'm aware of. Most people I know use dr brown as they help A LOT with gas.

I used them the first couple months then switched Tommie tippsey when she was older. No problems here. Just beware some breastfeed babies will refuse a bottle and you may end up having to try many brands. 😁

They're the only ones my youngest would take. I waited 3 weeks to introduce bottles to my oldest so she wanted nothing to do with them. I introduced them right away with my youngest and had no problem. I wouldn't wait that long to introduce them

Medela are great! I used them last time. As with most basic bottles, don't tighten the lid all the way, helps prevent leaks and helps air flow. <3
