Always negative OPKs with this brand??

I have been using this brand for 2 months and have NEVER gotten a positive opk, or even anything remotely close. All of my tests look like the ones below, only a vvvvvvvfl. Both months I tested twice a day for 14 days straight, just in case I ovulated early or late. Trying to figure out if I'm not ovulating at all, or if other people are having the same problem with this test? Advice appreciated!!
