Baby positioning...

At my last appointment at 13 weeks, my dr had trouble finding the heart beat because baby was hiding behind my bone. Now that baby is getting bigger, I'll be 15 weeks tomorrow, I've been feeling extremely uncomfortable in my left side. Right on my bone. I got a heart rate Doppler and listened to the heart beat today and what do you know? Found it right by my bone. It's pretty obvious that's where baby is, it's much more firm compared to my right side and definitely pops out a little more. Anyway, I guess my question is, is this normal and has anyone else gone through this? Did baby eventually move more towards the center? My first was never like this, and my dr didn't seem too concerned(but then again he hasn't been concerned at all and I'm supposed to be high risk(thank goodness I'm seeing a new dr next time!)) I'm not too concerned myself, just uncomfortable!
