Only 7wks and i'm constantly hungry! is this normal?!
Suddenly these past few days i find myself wanting to constantly munch on things, i try to eat healthy by having oats for breakfast but within 2hrs for sure i will crave for naughty things like instant noodles or sandwiches.. and for dinner before this i used to eat quite light meals like soups, salads, grilled fish or chicken.. now im eating a plate full of rice! even my husband was like whoa you're really hungry. Is this normal? i know for pregnancy you're supposed to eat about 300 calories more, which is not much. im not a calory counter but i just want to make sure im not binge eating and trying to eat healthy.
