Just Don't Understand!

So today I went for an ultrasound. Baby looks totally healthy! Strong heartbeat, organs look perfect. But I have concerningly low amniotic fluid. I've also been having light-moderate vaginal bleeding for the last week (no cramps). My cervix also looks shorter than normal but not extremely short. My doctor thinks that I have ruptured my membranes because of bleeding and low fluid (BUT MY CERVIX IS ENTIRELY CLOSED). I go for another ultrasound in 2 weeks but my doctor suggest that I terminate the pregnancy even though my baby is 100% perfect. Has anyone else went through this?? I'm not going to terminate my baby that is growing property and has no abnormalities.
