Trying to conceive with a history of endometriosis

I'm so frustrated with how hard it is to conceive. I've had a history of ovarian cyst and went through the whole crazy process of getting better. Had a few surgeries to remove scar tissue but I believe it ruined my chances. Anyone have a baby with the same history?? I need advise and something to hope for! I would not mind envitro but that super expensive. Can a fertility specialist help? I know when I'm ovulating and now have regular periods. I feel like things are normal and finally feel like a woman with normal periods. HELP!!
