Cramping

How would you describe pains/cramping at 5 weeks 6 days pregnant?

I have mild lower back ache (similar to before starting period) and also the odd random sharp pain in my stomach and in my vagina area they may last for a few seconds their completely irregular and come and go but I had a m/c in July and now I'm super worried over what's normal, I have a 3 year old but I didn't know until 3 months gone with her xx
