choosing phone over daughter

Okay my mom has been complaining alot lately that I'm on my phone too much and that I need to play with my baby. but here's the problem I do. when avery acknowledges me I automatically put the phone down and play with her, tummy time, airplane, I talk to her sing. but then she'll get interested in her hands or the lights and totally ignore me and everything I do she won't ackbolage so I'll put her in her seat and get on the phone and she plays with those things hanging on the chair or stair at her hands till she falls asleep. she's only 3 months so she doesn't do much and I do now she n she becomes Mobile my phone will cease existence and I'm fine with that. I'm actually looking good forward to when I'll be able to engage with her more. my mom just expects me to sit and stare at my baby for hrs when she's sleeping or staring at her hands like she does, but I cant. I wait until avery wants to play or cool and I play and coo back when she's consumed in something else I leave her alone and let her explore whatever caught her attention. am I already doing this wrong? I also wash her clothes and sheeta, makes bottles ahead of time, pick out tomorrow clothes . change and feed her every couple of hrs, even when she's sleeping so it's not like I'm neglecting her???
