How to tell friends

I'm not sure what to say to coworkers and friends. There's currently 6 girls pregnant where I work and every day they ask about my pregnancy. Well Wednesday we found out the baby never grew and have to go next week for a D & C bc my body shows no signs of stopping the pregnancy. What do I say? How do I say it? I haven't miscarried yet so I'm confused on what to say when I'm asked ....
