Any other suggestions...

Hey ladies!  Been ttc for 6 months now and I turn 31 next week. I have been using opk's, bbt charting, Preseed and having sex two-three days before o and two days after. I have also been taking prenatals since Nov. Any other suggestions or thoughts!  Thanks and good luck to everyone!
