Urinary tract infection

Hiya ladies I'm wondering if anyone can help me.. I've just started with what feels like a urinary tract infection tonight it is burning when I go for a wee & it feels like my bladders full and I need the toilet all the time but when I go it's literally a little trickle.. It's starting to annoy me I'm just wondering what is best to help me until I can get into my doctors
