Caffeine intake?

Almost 13 weeks pregnant. Today's my birthday so I had a coke when I went out for lunch with my SO. Now where I live it's like 45 degrees out and rain. I'm freezing and want a cup of tea lol. Do you think it's okay to have a cup of tea even tho I had soda earlier?

I think ppl over stress guidelines seriously,I still have atleast two teas a day sometimes a coffee,but I think on my third baby I'm just a bit more relaxed

My Dr said no teas.. Not because of the caffeine but something  about certain herbs can be poisonous to baby and you never know whats really in the tea mixtures.

You're good. A Coke has like 60 mg caffeine and they say as long as you stay under 200 mg it should be fine!

I'm no expert but I think as a one off it should be fine I think the limit mainly applies when your doing it regularly:)
