I have endometriosis/ovarian cysts

I am a 34 young mother of 2 precious girls I've already had a half hysterectomy before and I know the pain of endometriosis I've been diagnosed thru laparoscopy in the past I know what my pain is my doctor wants me to wait and see if the size of my cysts shrinks just a little longer but the pain is so bad I don't want the full hysterectomy because I fear medication and hormone therapy for life I want yo be happy wondering if I go to the emergency room if they will only remove the cysts not do full hysterectomy I'm afraid if I wait to long that's just what may happen any ideas. ....
