Losing so much

I'm just curious but has anyone other women had successful preganicies after two or more miscarriages,, if so what did you do and how would I go about it myself, I have had two miscarriages and I believe I might be pregnant now all my ogbyn said was take prenatals, but i don't feel it's that easy, I just trying to find out what could be wrong with me or what I am doing wrong, any help is needed, please help!!!!
