Do I have chlamydia??

I have a mucusy yellow discharge and my outter vagina is itchy! This has been going on for about a month now and I don't know if it's just itchy or an STD. I lost my virginity about 2 months ago to my boyfriend and when he visited me at school we had sex, and it started a week after that. I've always had discharge, but I don't know if this is bad different. Help!
