3 weeks postpartum

Hello ladies!! I am 3 weeks pp and I'm going to say maybe a week after I had my son I started to have sever pain in both my arms and in hands. It's to the point that if I make a fist it hurts because it feels like it's pulling my tendons. I can't even write cause like I said it hurts to even make a fist. (Never had any issues always been in great health)!! I even have tingling sensation on my left finger tips.  Could this be after effects from the epidural? I mean I've asked my dr and he says it's cause I'm carrying the car seat in one hand and the diaper bag in another. Is anyone else experiencing this issue with the arms and hands?! Just miserable cause in constant pain
