No cramping or spotting/bleeding?

Hello! I am supposed to be 8 weeks 4 days today and had an ultrasound last Friday.. Baby measured at only 6 weeks and the doctors were positive that it's a miscarriage.. But the radiologist insisted that I need to wait for 11 days exactly and get an ultrasound done as my sac is not empty. But within these 11 days if I cramp and start spotting or bleeding then I'm supposed to contact my doctor immediately as I'll be naturally mis carrying.. To be honest ever since I found out that I'm pregnant, I never had any symptoms like nausea or dizziness or sour boobs etc., and even now, I don't have cramping and never felt spotting and the cervix is still high above my reach. I asked my doctor if my HCG can be tested again and she said now it's inconclusive as the sac isn't empty & she also insisted on waiting 11 days.. I don't wanna raise my hopes and get shattered all over again... I just wanted to know if anyone else had miscarriages with similar conditions like me... And how did you cope up and consoled yourself as well as your SO.. Thanks you..

Living in the unknown was very hard and stressful. I did feel pregnant, but wasn't having a ton of nausea. I still had some. My boobs were extremely sore and growing fast. My bump was starting to show:(. I thought everything was fine until my first appt and they said I was 7 weeks 4 days and baby was only measuring 6 weeks and they couldn't get a heartbeat with the ultrasound. They tested my HCG levels and they were at 16,343 and two days later tested again and they only went up to 17,???. They were supposed to double. I researched online that other women had gone through exactly what I was going through and everything turned out fine. I was still hoping for my miracle. They wanted me to come in right away for a second sonogram and I wanted to push it out to give more time for me to be further along. I really thought my docs calculation was off on conception since I had a log of when I had sex. Unfortunately when I went in for the second ultrasound they baby measured smaller and there was still no heartbeat. There were also other signs the sonographer talked me through that were clear signs this was not a viable pregnancy. I had a D&C this last Monday and the healing physically and emotionally has been rough. My hubby and I plan on trying as soon as we can. Prayers for you!

Just because the baby's measurements isn't lined up with your last mentrual cycle doesn't mean you miscarried. The beginning of the pregnancy, from the baby I just miscarried, I was estimated at 7 weeks pregnancy. Went for an ultrasound and the baby was too small to see. They made me wait exactly a month for another ultrasound and then baby was measured at 6 weeks.

I found at Wednesday at 9 w 2d that I had a sac with yolk sac in tact and "debris" but no baby. My body isn't trying to miscarry at all. But I always felt something wasn't right. I felt pregnant with symptoms but I didn't feel like I was pregnant. If that makes sense. It just didn't seem real to me for some reason. I think it was my intuition knew something went wrong. Listen to yourself but wait long enough to be sure just like they're saying. I had 2 more ultrasounds to confirm

Not sure I am much help but with my miscarriage, I had spotting at 4w, 6w, and 10.2. And cramps through out. I never had many symptoms of pregnancy and they definitely went away after baby passed (at 7 weeks. I didn't find out until 10.2 weeks). Keep your hopes up but just know if you do miscarry there's nothing you can or could have done to change it. Much love!
