Not getting sick

This is my first pregnancy and my friend just got me nervous. I haven't been throwing up. In the beginning, I felt nauseas and some food doesn't sound great. Before I found out, I was getting dizzy a lot . Lately, My boobs are super sore. I'm exhausted (which isn't new) I'll be two months on Tuesday. Has anyone else not experience throwing up? I've had bowel movement problems for a week during week 6. My appointment isn't for another 2.5 weeks. I'm just praying, the baby is heathy
