Opk-3 day peak

This is my first month using OPKs and I am on my third day of an LH surge. It has been as dark as the control line within the read time and all get darker by the end of the day. What does this mean and today I am nauseous with right sided pelvic pain. I also have a slight fever possibly a coincidence. Help me!!!
