Advice ON MY OB

My first OB visit she gives me a pap smear the second visit she's doing a procedure because it came back abnormal .. After the procedure I was bleeding none stop so had to go back to her office (I'm crying my eyes out because I just know I'm having a miscarriage) she looks at me and say why are you crying .. My mother told her she think she's having a miscarriage .. My OB SAYS WELL SHE IS so I go to get my ultrasound and when I tell them what happen they all look like why would she do that knowing your pregnant I did see baby alive with a heart beat of 166 bouncing like it was on a trampoline .. MY QUESTION IS DO YOU THINK IM WRONG FOR WANTING TO CHANGE OB OR ARE ALL OF THEM THAT COLD
