12 Week Ultrasound - Concerned
I had another ultrasound at what should have been just under 12 weeks. The doctor performed it instead of the tech. It was just something she offers to her patients free of charge to do a quick scan and check on the heartbeat. Heart beat was around 150. Doctor seemed to think everything was fine, and I left there feeling good. But now, I'm starting to over think everything again.
The doctor didn't actually measure the baby, and when I look at other 12 week ultrasounds, they seem to be much more defined than what we saw. The baby wasn't moving. The doctor refered to the arms and legs as buds. Thing to note: this was a vaginal scan. She tried abdominal, but we couldn't get a clear picture.
Should I be concerned that I'm not seeing actual arms and legs? And a defined profile like I've seen in other ultrasounds at this time?
