Announcing to your kids

I'm around 4w 5d, I want to know when you announced to your children about your pregnancy? I have 6 year old daughter and 9 year old nephew (full custody).. I was planning on telling them around 11/7.. I would be 9w 3d by then and I'm planning to do an announcement photo shoot them so I can announce to the world the day before Thanksgiving.. Just want some input on when you all told your older kids..
