Just to be safe

I'm 15dpo. If I test tomorrow morning, will it be accurate? If it says negative should I be convinced that I'm not pregnant? If it says I'm positive should I see a doctor? I'm confused and feeling a bit helpless at this. I don't want to get a negative and keep hoping.
