Bf says sex feel different

So this cycle is my first time on clomid and i am currently 10dpo today. Really excited and hoping for a bfp! I tested for o and last week i felt a lot of cramping so i figured it was implantation and bf even said sex was feeling weird. Like it didnt feel as slick it felt thicker. So i just thought with all my other symptoms like cramps, bloating, tiredness, dizzyness, dehydrated that it was another good sign of pg. I looked it up and they say the mucus thickens for the mucus plug. But i tested this morning and bfn and my bbs and nips are starting to hurt now i feel all sad and af is going to show her face at the end of the week. I never have premenstrual cramps ever :( losing hope
