Orgasms...

This may be a stupid question but i realised recently that i had never had an orgasm with any of my sexual partners except my current boyfriend. But could people tell me. Are there two different types because the way ive had it so far is that i either just reach the top point and cum and feel pretty good. Or i have like a super dull body orgasm which makes my whole body tingle like my hands and feet and head and just every inch of my skin and then cum a whole tonn more than normal.. Sorry for the long and quite descriptive question im just really curious if its the same for everyone else? 😶
