IUD questions!

I got my IUD out in August, had my normal period on time, tried to conceive during what I thought was my fertile window..later down the road I started to experience some pregnancy symptoms so I tested 2 days before my period was due and was negative. So I waited for my period to come but it never did so I checked again and another negative. The symptoms let up after what dates my period would have been. Now A month later I am due for my period this week. I'm hoping it comes! Has anyone else had a problem like this after having their IUD out?
