How can I stop myself being jealous?

The guy I've been seeing for about 2 years(it's complicated😒) is at university about 2 hours away from me so I don't get to see as much as I'd like to. I've lost trust in him before and now whenever I see pictures of him with girls I get really jealous and when I tell him he says they're just his friends and I'm being silly. How can I control my jealousy and paranoia?😞

You don't have to control it. If you're jealous there's probably reason for it. A decent guy wouldn't be parading around taking snaps of other girls and uploading them to social media.

I feel like this scenario, you deserve better. Don't wait around for him to show he really cares.

Well you can either stop looking at his photos of other girls and assuming he is sleeping with them..... Or you can break up with him and move on. Trust is the foundation of a good relationship. I used to be the same way when my BF and I were dating long distance. I would obsess over every like, comment or photo of him and girls! Once I moved up here and met the majority of those girls I realized it was all crazy made up senerios. None of those girls were trying to date him or flirt with him. They were simply friends of his.  Maybe go visit him and meet his friends.... And trust your gut... It will let you know who you need to be concerned with and who not to be.
