Is this an std ?!?please answer

Okay so I haven't ever had sex. About two months ago me and my boyfriend tried to. His penis obv touched my vagina . I always give him head. Lately I've been itchy and having cuts done there and they dissapear quickly and I get them else where. I went to my obgyn for a few reason. He took a qtip and took a sample from the inside of my vagina and he told me everything was normal and that I didn't have a yeast infection that it was from my birth control because the skin gets real thin sometime because of birth control. This is what what one looks like . Do you guys think they are just cuts? I give my boyfriend head all the time so would I have herpes on my mouth too ?
