Won't leave me alone

I sent this guy naughty pics over snapchat. I never showed my face or anything and he didn't screenshot. That was the first time I've done anything like that and I decided it's not what I want to do. This guy won't leave me alone and I'm scared that maybe he had a separate app to save the pics. I don't know what to do about it?!?
