Apartment lease

So, my husband and I live off base. When we first moved into our apartment, everything was perfect. Well, then a couple months started going by, and it started going to hell. The walls are paper thin, & everything breaks easily.

In August, my husband's corvette was broken into & the burglars stole is military gear. Everyday from our upstairs apartment, we hear people screaming and laughing. At night, we still hear the same thing when we are trying to sleep. My husband is loosing sleep because of this, and it's affecting his work on the ship (Navy). He is supposed to go on deployment is a couple months, but was paused for him because he has to have surgery at the end of this month. So, he wont be leaving for a couple more montns. Our lease in up in February. We really don't want to wait that long to get out of this crap apartment complex. We are surrounded by a bunch of college kids, weed smokers who's smoke we can smell in OUR apartment, and people that argue nonstop below us . Is there a way we could early terminate the lease or do we have to wait? DESRON at his base said he'd either have to get relocation papers to get out of the lease or just simply ask the landlord. Which way is the more suitable approach?
